The retailer is selling the pack-of-three Pampers Harmonie Coco wipes for 10p which are priced elsewhere for around £2.50 for one pack – meaning a whopping £7.50 for three.

This equates to an unbelievable discount of around 98.7% – which Facebook users couldn’t believe.

The B&M shopper posted their find on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group with the caption: “Another bargain from Forfar B&M. 10p.”

The post notched up dozens of likes and comments from fellow bargain hunters in disbelief about the cheap find.

One comment said: “Were they priced on the shelf? Or just scanning?”

To which someone confirmed they were priced on the shelf at this unbelievably low cost.

Another added: “Omg!”

Bear in mind, if you’re looking to snap up the wipes for 10p, you might not find them in your local branch so cheap.

Retailers tend to reduce items like this to clear stock in specific branches.

The wipes aren’t available to see on B&M’s website so it might be worth calling your local branch ahead to see if they’ve got any for 10p.

Always remember to shop around when buying something like this as well as you might find it cheaper elsewhere.

You can use websites like Price Spy and Trolley to compare prices on thousands of products across different retailers.

The Google Product tab is helpful for running a quick scan across the internet too.

How to save money at B&M

Shoppers have saved hundreds of pounds a year by using B&M’s scanner app.

The scanner lets you see if an item’s price is cheaper than advertised on the shop floor label.

Products that are typically discounted are seasonal items and old stock that B&M is trying to shift.

The app is free to download off the B&M Stores mobile app via Google Play or the Apple App Store.

According to one ex-B&M manager, you’ll want to visit your local branch at 10am on a Wednesday too.

What is the B&M scanner app?

SAVVY shoppers are using an app to find better discounts in stores.

Here’s how you can join the B&M bargain hunt:

  • Download the B&M app for free on any smartphone with an App Store or Google Play.
  • Once you’ve installed it on your device, click on the option labelled “more” on the bottom, right-hand side of the app home page.
  • You’ll then find an option that says “barcode scanner”. Click on this and you’ll open a camera screen.
  • Use the camera to hover over the barcode of the product you wish to check.
  • If the price comes up as lower, take it to the cash desk and it will automatically scan at the lower price.
  • You don’t need to sign up to the B&M app to use the barcode scanner.

This is when staff slash items to as little as 10p to clear excess stock and make way for new products.

Remember you can find your nearest B&M branch by using the retailer’s store locator tool on its website.

Keep an eye out for red sticker products as well, according to deals expert Tom Church.

These are put on special buy products that have also been reduced in price.
