The loveable stuffed toys are perfect for toddlers and young children so this latest deal is an absolute no brainer for parents.

Whether it’s as a gift or just something for them to hold onto at night, Squishmallows can tick many boxes for your young one’s.

Smyth’s announced they would be giving away the 6cm toys in all their stores across the UK as of 9am today (Saturday, May 25).

The amazing deal was part of the special event to celebrate Half Term for school children, with face painting and goody bags also on offer.

If you weren’t able to get down to your nearest store today, however, then fear not because Smyth’s have confirmed that the toys will be available for as long as stocks last.

Therefore, it’s still worth popping down to your nearest store to see if any are left.

The only rule is that they are limited to one per person – although this leaves you with a better chance of still grabbing one this weekend.

The big reveal was made by a very happy customer on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook, with their post garnering more than 700 comments.

Fellow parents were left ecstatic with the news of the free giveaway for their children and couldn’t wait to get to their nearest Smyths store.

“They are the best,” said one person.

A third person wrote: “My girls will love these.”

It comes after one woman revealed how she’s spent £2,500 on squishmallows for her 12-year-old.

Alpna Smith says her daughter wakes her up at 5am to buy them & their home is stuffed full.

Elsewhere, The Range shoppers have been rushing to buy a “brilliant” summer buy that helps keep bugs at bay.

The retail chain is selling mesh insect window screens for just £2.50 so you can keep your windows open without letting any critters in.

And B&M shoppers can’t wait to get their hands on a bargain item to freshen up their homes.

Eagle-eyed customers have spotted a humidifier on shelves for £1 instead of £15 – a 93% discount.
