The home secretary says former Tory MP Lee Anderson previously claimed a vote for Reform was “not the answer” and would let in Labour.

James Cleverly said it was “easy to shout from the side-lines”, which he accused Reform and Labour of doing.

My Cleverly’s comments came after former Conservatives Party deputy chairman Lee Andersson, who had been suspended, became Reform’s first MP.
