The Geordie Shore star has showed off the stylish eco-home on her BBC3 documentary series Charlotte in Sutherland before, so presumably viewers who caught a glimpse of the luxury pad will be interested in snapping it up.

Her mum used to live in the Fatfield property but has now put it on the market.
The four-bedroom house was built in 2019 after being designed by Letitia, and boasts environmentally friendly features as well as glamorous touches like an indoor fire and Love Island style garden.
The home has wooden panelling on the exterior and large ceiling to floor glass windows, which gives it a Nordic feel.
Once inside, prospective buyers will see an airy open plan living room that leads into a dining space.
The island in the kitchen could double up as a bar space when company is over.
The L shaped sofa is also big enough for entertaining, and provides a comfortable backdrop for watching shows on the huge HD telly mounted on the wall.
From the living room you can walk straight into the garden through large patio doors which let natural light into the open plan area.
And if the sunlight wasn’t enough, there is a fireplace hanging from the ceiling between the living room near the sofa where home owners can warm up during the colder months.
Outside the garden is set up similarly to the one in the Love Island villa, complete with a beige couch set up, candles in lanterns, and big plants in white pots.
The master bedroom on the ground floor also looks out on the green space.
It has an ensuite bathroom, with ring lighting around the mirror for taking the perfect selfies.
Behind the king sized bed is a feature wall displaying a colourful map of the world.
