The Duke of Sussex, 39, shocked fans as he took to the stage during the 2024 NFL Honors in Las Vegas.
It is the first time Harry has spoken publicly since King Charles’ cancer diagnosis and comes just hours after he visited his father on Tuesday.
Harry spent just 26 hours visiting the King in London this week.
He was pictured arriving at London Heathrow at 1.30pm on Wednesday – just 26 hours after landing.
The duke then landed at Los Angeles International Airport around 2.20am to reunite with wife Meghan and kids Archie, four, and Lilibet, two.
The 2024 NFL Honors see players and coaches awarded for their achievements during the 2023-2024 season.
The Walter Payton Man of Year Award is the league’s highest honor and acknowledges a player for his outstanding community service off the field, as well as his outstanding play on it.
Receiving the gong, Pittsburgh Steelers DE Cameron Heyward said: “Classic. ‘Prince freakin’ Harry.
“I’m in shock. That’s Prince Harry.”
