Tobi-Jayne Cadbury, 36, was sent X-rated pictures by Major Jennifer Wilson, a court was told.
Wilson, 42, had earlier had a fling with the Who Dares Wins hero and wanted to ruin his new relationship.
Chocolate heiress Tobi-Jayne said the “vile” campaign had cast a “dark shadow” over her life.
The great-great granddaughter of confectionery giant founder John Cadbury spoke out after Wilson last week pleaded guilty to sending revenge porn.
She will be sentenced in March and could face two years in jail.
Former pole-dancing instructor Tobi-Jayne told a friend: “Jennifer’s sole aim was to destroy our relationship and make our life hell for nearly two years. It’s been a nightmare.”
The pal said: “Wilson’s behaviour has cast a dark shadow over her life. The content sent to her was vile and it really distressed Tobi-Jayne that someone could be this vindictive and evil.”
Craighead, 47 — not his real name — won a Conspicuous Gallantry Cross for helping to end a terrorist siege in Kenyan capital Nairobi in 2019.
Wilson, of High Wycombe, Bucks, was arrested last year.
She admitted sending private sexual photos of Craighead at Aylesbury crown court.
Approached for comment, Tobi-Jayne said: “It’s been an ordeal. That’s all I want to say.”
