A KILLER daughter who stabbed her “abusive” mum to death before filming her blood-soaked body on the ground has been locked up.

Hanaa Bennis, 22, knifed school dinner lady Aziza Bennis, 58, more than 30 times as the screaming mum begged: “Don’t hurt me”.

When police were called to the home in Acton, West London, they found blood splattered on the walls and floor and a knife on the coffee table.

Aziza was discovered lying in the fetal position on the floor, while her daughter told officers: “I’ve killed her, I’m sorry. She tried to stab me in my leg and thigh”.

Bennis, who had a deep cut above her left eye and puncture wound to her thigh, then claimed her mum was a “known abuser”.

After being arrested, she said: “I saw my mum murdered in front of me. My mum is dead.”

Bennis has now been jailed for nine years with an extended licence for five years after pleading guilty to manslaughter by diminished responsibility.

The Old Bailey was told she suffered from PTSD as a result of “childhood trauma”.

The horror unfolded on August 15, 2022, after the mum and daughter exchanged a string of foul-mouthed messages.

Bennis told her: “You made me hate my life. U genuinely make me not want to live…”

Aziza replied: “Get a life Hanaa”, to which the killer responded: “Burn in hell you sour b***h.”

Neighbours then heard the mum screaming “I’m sorry, I’m sorry” and objects being thrown around.

Bennis then shouted “you’re going to kill me, you’re a f***ing bitch anyway”, followed by her saying: “You stabbed me in the face.”

Police were scrambled to the home where they heard Bennis admit to killing her mum.

Officers also discovered a video on her mobile phone showing the gruesome scene – including her mum’s blood-soaked body – after the savage attack.

A post mortem later found Aziza died from stab injuries to the head, face and arms, with the fatal wound to the right thigh.

Bennis told police how she acted in “self-defence” after her mum attacked her with a knife.

Prosecutor Ed Brown KC said: “It is clear that the deceased was an alcoholic and the preponderance of the evidence demonstrates that the deceased was violent towards her children.”
