She sat in the red light sauna, designed for detoxification and relaxation.
The Masked Singer judge captioned the post: “2024 thus far… prepping for the best year yet!”

The pop star joined the Masked Singer judging panel alongside Davina McCall, Mo Gilligan and Jonathan Ross just over a week ago.
The fifth season of the singing competition kicked off in December with a character called the Maypole.
Fans speculated that it was Rita behind the mask as she was conspicuously absent from her usual spot.
She’s also set to skip the singing competition in week three and will be replaced in a rare judging shake-up by Olly Murs.
