Jack, 31, has been on and off with Chloe, 23, since 2019 when they grew close after Jack’s split from Dani Dyer.

But he took to his Instagram stories to share an insight into their private life together.

The reality star posed a topless picture of the pair relaxing in bed together.

He flaunted his chest hair as he beamed into the camera, whilst Chloe leant up against him with a sweet pout near his right cheek.

Jack wrote: “Happy Birthday Chloe. I had just come back from the Bahamas here ☀️.”

He added: “Xxxxxxx.”

The TV star previously broke his silence and spoke of his love for Chloe after spending a romantic weekend together.

He opened up about relationships in a moving interview with The Sun as he revealed that he’s not yet ready for a girlfriend.

The star battled with addiction after he left the Love Island villa in 2018 and he admitted he couldn’t be “the one” for his former girlfriend, Dani Dyer.

Despite many dates with the Towie star, Jack is holding off on getting into a serious relationship right now.

Jack told The Sun: “I love Chloe, I absolutely love her.

“I speak to her every day. She’s someone I can talk to about anything, she’s so supportive. I don’t know what will happen with that, but she’s special.

“She’s probably one of the most kindest souls I’ve ever met in my life.”

He added: “I need to work on myself now. I’ve always worried about bringing other people down.”

“That’s why I wouldn’t entertain getting a girlfriend until I feel like I’m in a place in my life, and my head, that I’m happy with.”
