Leeds United’s Elland Road home will host Super League’s Magic Weekend for the first time in 2024.
The showpiece, which was first held in 2007, will take place on the weekend of 17-18 August.
Elland Road becomes the sixth ground to stage the event after the Principality Stadium, Murrayfield, the Etihad Stadium, Anfield and Newcastle’s St James’ Park.
Hull FC will play promoted London Broncos in the first game on Saturday.
Leeds Rhinos, who have not played at the ground since 2018 when Headingley was undergoing redevelopments, will take on Warrington on Saturday evening.
Champions Wigan Warriors face rivals St Helens on Saturday afternoon, while Sunday sees matches between Leigh and Salford, Catalans and Hull KR and Huddersfield and Castleford.
The kick-off times for the matches will be announced when tickets go on sale next month.
“Magic Weekend is going to have a different feel in 2024, as a result of the return to a date later in the summer to move away from the Challenge Cup Final in June, and the non-availability of St James’ Park which has proved such a popular venue for the last three years,” managing director of RL Commercial Rhodri Jones said.
“We are delighted to have agreed a deal with Leeds United to stage Magic Weekend at Elland Road, one of the biggest and best stadia in the north of England.”
Magic Weekend will form round 22 of the regular season, with the full fixture list for 2024 set to be announced at 08:30 GMT on Thursday.
