After first doubting herself, TikToker and mom-to-be Elizabeth Trinkaus McCubbins (@elizabethtrinkaus) soon became proud of her creativity this Halloween.
In a clip, she flashed her bumping belly and rubbed it with apparent concern over how she looked and how she could dress it up this year.
She used a song to express the awkwardness she felt about her new body, singing the lyrics: “Why do I always feel like I’m in the twilight zone?”
When the music dropped, however, she had a light bulb go off in her head and ran away to put together the look she imagined.
She and her husband reappeared in their costumes: pregnant Kourtney Kardashian and her rocker hubby Travis Barker.
Elizabeth wore baggy leather pants over a black bodysuit with belly-revealing cutouts, as she held up the iconic sign, “Travis, I’m pregnant.”
She was, of course, referencing Kourtney’s recent pregnancy announcement in which she held up the same sign at one of Travis’ concerts.
Her husband’s look was reminiscent of the musician’s usual uniform: He rocked fake tattoos on his arms and neck, wore a black beanie and all-black ensemble, and held up drumsticks.
“I think we killed Halloween this year,” Elizabeth raved in the caption.
Her viewers agreed.
“This is so adorable!!” one person praised.
“This is gold,” applauded another.
And a third said they planned on imitating her look: “I want to do this so bad!!”
