“All right, y’all, who wants a free anti-aging life hack? And yes, I said free,” she said.

“It’s called autophagy and unlike those expensive creams and Botox, autophagy is free,” she added.

She shared the benefits of her anti-aging life hack.

“Autophagy is your body’s way of reusing old, damaged cells,” she said.

“By activating autophagy, you can actually help your body clear out those toxins and damaged cells,” she added.

She explained how she goes about implementing an autophagy diet in her own life.

“How do you put your body into autophagy? By fasting a minimum of 14 to 16 hours,” she said.

“So, for example, if you finish your last meal at night at 7pm and you skip breakfast the following day, you’ve put your body into autophagy.

“Do this frequently and let your body reap the rewards, the anti-aging rewards that it was intended to do naturally,” she added.

The diet, sometimes referred to as intermittent fasting, is believed to have a plethora of benefits.
