Amber posted a photo on Instagram ahead of the upcoming third episode, encouraging viewers to tune in on Channel 4.
In the snap all participants were kitted out in army gear and wearing heavy backpacks.
They were standing in what appeared to be marshy ground, and most of them looked daunted by what lay ahead.
The telly personality then revealed in the comments that she actually came close to having an accident while filming.
She wrote: “All I remember was getting taken out and nearly breaking my neck!”
Co-star Danielle Lloyd joked: “Am sure there is a few people that will enjoy watching us roll round in the mud!”
Fans flocked to the comments to offer their support for the star.
