The actress, 33, showed off her amazing figure wearing a black body suit as she pushed a very pricey Fendi pram.
She wore her long blonde hair loose and kept her make-up to a minimal as she visited a kids clothes store, while clutching a coffee.
Helen shares son Charlie, two, and daughters Matilda, eight and Delilah, five, with her ex Scott Sinclair.
Since taking a step back from playing Rosie Webster on Coronation Street, Helen has become somewhat of an influencer and often shares her life online with fans.
Unfortunately it means she can be subjected to trolling and mum-shaming – and just a couple of days ago upset some people by having her nipples on show in pictures.
One person raged: “I’m a big fan of Helen, like to see her stories on the kids, and don’t mind an occasional photo of her in a bra or swim suit, but this I don’t like.
“Maybe really she should set up a different account, as yes it does seem to be full of comments from men! It’s up to Helen what she posts, but since the boob job, where seeing a lot more boob, and I’m not sure I like it!”
While another chimed in: “This does look more provocative and desperate than the lovely classy, family image you used to represent. I feel quite sad when I see some of your posts now.”
In the past, Helen hit back at comments about her body, saying: : “I just think it’s disgusting and I am sticking up for myself because I think it is really horrible to speak about other women in that way.
“I am all for women empowerment and I just think you shouldn’t be, especially as mums and everything that our bodies go through, I just think it’s vile.”
On another occasion, she shared: “I also breastfeed my children in total for 3 years. I will not be body shamed. Yes I have had my boobs done and it’s vile to shame that too.”
