Eubank Jr (32-3, 23 knockouts) is seeking revenge against Smith after a surprising outcome in their first fight.

Smith (33-3-1, 20 KOs) dominated the initial match and knocked out Eubank Jr in just four rounds.

The rematch between the two fighters was pushed back after Smith received medical advice regarding his hand injury.

Eubank Jr, who admitted he got complacent during his first defeat to Smith, is looking for revenge this time.

“Whether Chris carries on after this it’s down to him and his team,” Smith has said.

“He probably does carry on as he said he’d stop if he lost the first one but they put a rematch clause in for a reason.

“I can’t see him retiring, he’ll make some sort of excuse again.”

“I think I got complacent,” Eubank Jr said about the first fight.

“I was very comfortable in that ring, probably more so than I usually am in fights in general.

“I was very comfortable, I was very relaxed, he wasn’t catching me with shots, in the third round I hit him with some great combinations, and I was just fully in control. I guess I went back to the corner after the third round and I was like ‘this is in the bag, I’ve got this.'”
