Abi and Scott, who’d decided to be in a friendship couple earlier in the episode, found themselves in the bottom three alongside Molly and Zach and Mitch and Ella B.

But after their dumping, the Islanders were hit with yet more shock news.

As the final looms, they were sent a text about their final dates which will take place over the coming days.

The text then says that when on their respective dates, they will have to decide the least compatible couple who will therefore be at risk of being dumped from the villa.

The second dumping follows hot on the heels of tonight’s and is sure to rock the villa so close to the final.

The final episode will see host Maya Jama enter the villa one last time to crown the winning couple.

It will air on Monday, July 31 from 9pm until 10.35pm – keeping viewers entertained for a whopping 95 minutes.

Usually, after the winning couple is crowned, host Maya Jama will ask if they were in the show for love or money.

Each islander is then presented with an envelope, one of which contains £0 while the other holds the full £50,000.

Whoever opens the envelope containing the cash has two options – split it or keep it.

Before the series ends, some fans might be sad to learn that one of the show’s most iconic challenges won’t be returning.

Love Island has made the shock decision to cancel the iconic baby challenge.

For the past nine years, the final couples have been tasked with looking after crying ‘babies’ for the whole day.

But now, The Sun can reveal that the task isn’t happening this year – the first time in ten series.

An insider said: “It’s not happening this year – but the show has seen loads of new tasks and challenges that fans have loved.”
