The new Barbie movie even inspired a fashion collab with the popular footwear brand Crocs – and shoppers are rushing to buy the limited items.
Now with 11 styles, including one $59 kids version, and playful charms to decorate your kicks, the collection has already begun to sell out.
Fans of the franchise and of the shoes, known for their comfort, said to run, not walk to the online store.
One TikToker named Halaii (@halaiixo) couldn’t help but kick herself for not knowing about the collection earlier.
Using the popular audio that angrily yells, “Ain’t nobody told me nothing,” she stopped her feet, threw her hands in the air, and shook her head in frustration.
The problem? The $84 pink patterned Barbie Mega Crush Clogs she wanted sold out in a day.
“Nah because how did I miss this drop,” she wrote in the caption.
“I’m so hurt because I’ve been a huge Barbie fan all my life.”
Luckily for Halaii, there are still a number of other styles available.
A TikToker who goes by @certifiedbarbieeee perused through the Crocs website, urging her followers to start shopping: “You better go get them now because some styles are already sold out.”
Ranging from $34.99 – the Classic Crocs Sandal – to $74.99 – the Barbie Crush Clog and the Siren Clog – the shoes have influenced fans clearly to spend on their favorites.
As for the charms, you can adorn your shoes with a Barbie jacket, car, or logo – each for the price of $4.99.
“I ain’t ever went to a website so fast. THANK YOU,” one user commented.
“They are so cute,” gushed another.
