Last night’s triumph marked the first trophy success of Moyes’ managerial career since winning the Second Division with Preston North End in 2000.
He had since reached the FA Cup final with Everton in 2009, while winning LMA Manager of the Year in 2003, 2005 and 2009 during his Goodison stint.
Moyes also won the Community Shield in 2013 during his brief spell as Manchester United boss.
After the match, West Ham fans took to the streets to celebrate their first major trophy in 43 years.
Dyer, meanwhile, gushed over her man from home.
Alongside two crying emojis, she wrote on Instagram: “So proud”.
