NEW mum Charlotte Crosby has revealed her ‘super dad’ fiancé’s incredible body transformation with before and after snaps.
Charlotte, 34, proudly showcased her partner Jake Ankers‘ impressive physique as she posted before and after photos to her Instagram Story this week.

The Geordie Shore star heaped praise on the business development manager, 33, following his three stone weight loss.
She wrote in her caption: “Super proud of this super dad! And how far he’s come! He got serious about making a change!
“I’ve admired his consistancy and drive even on days of extreme tiredness with his work, and trying to manage things at home while I’ve been heavily pregnant!
“Has been nothing short of inspirational Me and the little girlies are so proud of you Jake!”

In Jake’s original post, he told fans how he’d hit rock bottom after feeling insecure about taking his youngest daughter Alba, two, swimming.
It was then that he decided to make a change, achieving the shredded look with “meal prep and consistency”.
Jake said: “Six months ago, I reached a point where I couldn’t ignore how out of control my weight had gotten.
“I wasn’t happy with how I looked, and it was starting to affect me both physically and mentally.
“I was so embarrassed that I couldn’t even take my daughter swimming, and with a new baby on the way, it was a huge wake-up call for me. I knew I had to make a change—not just for me, but for my family. I wanted to be healthier, so I could be there for my kids and feel my best self as they grow up.
“That’s when I made the decision to get back into the gym and focus on my diet.
“Being self-employed and constantly on the road, one of my biggest struggles had been finding time to eat well, which is what really led to my weight gain.
“So this time, with the help of @fuelhubuk I’ve been able to track my calories easily and eat healthy on the go, making it so much easier to stay on track with my goals.
“In the photo on the left, I weighed 17.5 stone, and after six months of dedication and hard work, I’m now down to 14.5 stone.

“Instead, I focused on meal prep and consistency.

Charlotte recently shared the first photos of her newborn daughter after giving birth.
She took to Instagram to post a photo of Jake craddling the tot and their eldest child, Alba.

The pair met back in 2021 while Charlotte was getting over her break-up with ex-boyfriend Liam Beaumont.
They were introduced by mutual friends.
Charlotte and Jake then went official with their relationship in January 2022.
The following month the Geordie Shore star found out she was pregnant.
Charlotte and Jake revealed they were expecting in April 2022.
They welcomed baby Alba-Jean into the world in October that year.
In November 2023 the couple got engaged.
Charlotte’s father, Gary, revealed the exciting news in the caption of his latest Instagram post.
Gary wrote: “What a fun-filled weekend done in that there London. A new addition to our little family and some very exciting years ahead. Feeling very blessed and happy.”
His post was ‘liked’ by his daughter Charlotte, and quickly sparked a wave of messages congratulating the family.
One fan shared: “Huge congratulations to you all as family. Hope mam and baby are doing well.”
Another said: “Congratulations! wonderful news!!! Love your posts.”
Tough time
The couple were left terrified just weeks ago after her £1million home was burgled – while they were upstairs.
Jake revealed on social media that a gang of masked robbers armed with machetes stormed inside their stunning mansion.
The Sun later told how the pair have taken extra measures to make sure that they are free from danger.
Just weeks after that ordeal, the TV personality was rushed to hospital shortly afterwards where it was revealed she had a urine infection.
Scared Jake shared at the time: “We are not having a good week!!!
“Now Charlotte has been rushed in to hospital as she is having serious pains in her stomach, they are running all the necessary checks to make sure Charlotte and baby are ok.”
And in a further blow, on Boxing Day Charlotte’s beloved grandma – her dad’s mum – passed away.
Sharing a picture of them together with her daughter Alba, Charlotte shared: “We lost an amazing woman last night, kind, wonderful and the most loving family member.
“Always incredibly proud of me and my achievements! And always the very first to boast about me. I will never forget how much she supported me so dearly! We will miss you so much, She loved little Alba so much!”
Family of four
Charlotte and Jake announced they were expecting their second child in September 2024.
The star had made no secret of her wish to have another child and had told fans on a number of occasions that she was ‘trying’.
The couple got engaged in November 2023, a year after welcoming their daughter.
Jake got down on one knee during a lavish trip to Dubai.
Sharing the news, Charlotte said: “Happiest woman in the world.”
