LOVE Island fans were left cringing after one Islander got brutally pied off while on a date.

Chuggs Wallis took Danielle Sellers on a date in tonight’s episode, which came after he and Samie Elishi got a text saying they should head out in their new couples.

Bombshell Chuggs was paired with Danielle after a public vote, while Samie was matched with Luca Bish.

The two couples headed out on a romantic double date to the vineyard, with things turning sour quite quickly.

Chuggs went in to kiss Danielle but she swerved him and his advances in a very cringe moment.

She then later revealed to the girls that she leaned away from him and turned her head in the opposite direction.

Although fans watching at home were confused by the “potential kiss” as they totally missed the moment.

“Sorry did Danielle just LIE that Chuggs went in for a kiss!? Or did I completely miss when he did that,” penned one.

Another added: “Maybe my eyes are deceiving me but I did not remember a potential kiss.”

TENSE ATMOSPHERE

This came after Grace Jackson, who was previously coupled up with Luca, watched Samie get ready for a date with her man.

Grace explained how her patience was being tested before saying she was counting down the minutes until Luca returned from their date.

In last night’s episode, after the public paired Samie with Luca, both Samie and Grace were left in tears.

SNOG, MARRY, PIE

Later on in tonight’s episode, Ronnie got a text revealing they’ll be playing Snog, Marry or Pie.

Catherine snogged Omar, married Sammy and pied Curtis.

Gabby snogged Casey saying she never wants to snog anyone else, married Curtis for being a gent and pied Sammy for being so young.

Elma snogged Sammy, married Luca and pied Ronnie.

Tina snogged Chuggs, married Curtis and pied Casey over their history.

The episode then came to an abrupt end before viewers got to see what Samie was going to do.
