BREWDOG is giving away free pints to punters with a code.

To get your hands on two cold beers, you must provide bartenders with a code.

The limited offer runs in most BrewDog bars from January 15 to 22.

In the advert, the brand wrote: “January got you down? We’ve got just the thing.

“Swing by any BrewDog bar in he next seven days and gab two free beers on us.”

The offer is for any BrewDog beer, but the free drink will be the cheapest of the round.

They’ve also specified that the free pints applies to all measurements, not just a full pint.

The two free pints must also be bought together.

Before you stroll into a BrewDog it’s worth checking that the deal is valid in your local branch.

Hull, Upminster, Edinburgh Waverley, Edinburgh Airport, Gatwick Airport, Belfast Grand Central are not taking part in the deal.

Customers will have to join the email subscriptions to get the QR code.

This comes after BrewDog announced the closure of six bars after the firm’s latest accounts revealed it lost a record £63 million.

the shutters are coming down at three venues in Europe, one in China and another two in England.

CEO James Arrow broke the grim news to staff and shareholders.

He said: “As you will be very aware, the hospitality sector has faced unprecedented challenges over the last few years – both in the UK and around the world.

“And whilst our bar estate has been very resilient, we’ve not been immune, and some locations have felt the impact more acutely than others.

“Unfortunately, we recently made the tough decision to close four of our international bars.

“Our focus has been on liaising with affected teams and finding them alternative locations where possible.”

Brewdog’s bars in Paris and Nice are closing along with its site in Frankfurt, Germany.

While the chain’s flagship first bar to open in China, based in Shanghai, is also shutting down for good.

The two English pubs in Bradford and Huddersfield were run as a franchise by Tokyo Industries until they decided to throw in the towel.
