IT’S a new year, and with it comes a new season of every back-stabber’s favourite show, The Traitors.

If you’re a Faithful fan and you’re heading outside the UK soon, don’t worry: here’s how to watch Series 3 of The Traitors abroad.

Cult-show-in-the-making The Traitors first hit TV screens back in November 2022, before returning at the beginning of 2024 for a second series.

Now it’s back for a third outing, having kicked off on New Year’s Day 2025.

As with previous seasons, the magnificent Claudia Winkleman is back as the show’s host.

There’s been lots of sisterly feuding between Armani and Minah, who have since both been axed from the show.

We even got a shock moment when one contestant accused another of comparing him to a serial killer.

If you missed the first episode of The Traitors Series 3, you can catch up on BBC iPlayer – but if you’re heading abroad, that will be difficult.

That’s because iPlayer content is geo-blocked outside the UK.

However, there’s an easy workaround to this – all you need to do is subscribe to a VPN like ExpressVPN or NordVPN.

How to watch The Traitors Season 2 outside the UK

To stream The Traitors from BBC iPlayer abroad, you’ll need a VPN: a handy tool that routes your internet activity through a remote server.

Firstly, download a VPN such as ExpressVPN or NordVPN to whatever device you use for streaming.

One that’s done, load the VPN on your device, and select a UK-based server.

After that, head to the Traitors hub on iPlayer, select an episode, press play and let the deceit begin!

Using a VPN to access geo-blocked content abroad – such as that on BBC iPlayer – is totally legal.

Where can I watch The Traitors outside the UK?

To watch the UK version of The Traitors, you’ll need to follow the steps we’ve outlined in the section above.

But there are many other versions of The Traitors out there: in fact, the original was created in The Netherlands as De Verraders.
