The content creator, who is known as ‘Fetisch Barbie‘, explained that her pals think she’ll ruin her face, but she doesn’t care, as she loves the fake, plumped up look.

Revealing all to Truly, the filler fan shared: “I would describe my aesthetic as everything big – big hair, big lips, long nails, that’s just my vibe.”

Eager to keep adding to her look, she added: “I get lip fillers every three to four months. I always want to have that fresh, plumed up look.

“In total, I’ve spent between £30,000 and £50,000.

“I want to go bigger with my lips. If I want to go bigger, I’m going to go bigger.

“I know I’m very obsessed with fillers. I am addicted to filler and Botox, 100%.”

The 30-year-old model first began getting lip filler at the age of 18.

And now, the adult star, who is from Austria, explained that her friends are concerned she is going too far.

She admitted: “My friends have different opinions. Some of my friends are worried I’m maybe ruining the proportions I’ve had now.”

And it’s not just her friends who aren’t quite on the same page as her, as the racy influencer admitted to being trolled by strangers for her look.

She confessed: “Online, I receive a lot of negative comments, but I don’t read my comments anymore.

“I would never go on the internet and tell someone they look ugly as f**k. I know it has nothing to do with me, a lot of people are unhappy and want to take their stress out of somebody and I’m an easy target because I stand out. I really don’t give a f**k anymore.

Everybody knows I’m extreme but I think my friends are trying to keep me from really ruining the natural beauty I was blessed with

“When I go out in public, I would say it’s 90% very negative. People assume that I’m weak but I’m always gonna talk back.

“I think they may assume that I’m dumb for doing this, I’m not intelligent.

How much does Botox cost?

BOTOX and anti-wrinkle injections are one of the most popular cosmetic treatments available today.

Botox injections work by weakening or paralyzing certain muscles or by blocking certain nerves.

The effects last about three to twelve months, depending on what you are treating.

The NHS website estimates each botulinum toxin injection costs £150-£350 per session.

The price varies depending on how much is used per session, they add.

Botox prices fluctuate depending on where you go to get it done and the number of areas treated.

Some companies offer one area for around the £200 mark, and most offer packages if you want to add more areas to your treatment.

It is worth doing your research before you undergo the treatment – and remember that going ‘cheap’ isn’t always a good idea.

“Everybody knows I’m extreme but I think my friends are trying to keep me from really ruining the natural beauty I was blessed with.”

But despite the negativity, the OnlyFans star isn’t looking to stop, as she highlighted: “My ultimate goal is to keep up my look that I have now and just stay a plastic dominant Barbie for the rest of my life.

“To my haters that are jealous of me, I would tell them to mind their own business.”

What are the risks of lip fillers?

THE RISKS of dermal fillers depend on whether the procedure was done correctly and the type of filler used.

The NHS recommends you speak to your practitioner about the risks beforehand.

Serious problems are rare but can include:

  • Infection
  • A lumpy appearance under the skin, which might need to be treated with surgery or medicine
  • The filler moving away from the intended treatment area, which may need to be removed using surgery
  • Scarring
  • Blocked blood vessels in the face, which can cause tissue death and permanent blindness

You should see your GP if you have any complications that need medical attention and speak to your practitioner if you’re not happy with the results or experience lumpiness.
