THE I’m A Celebrity 2024 winner has been ‘revealed’ by fans as they praise campmate for smashing eating task.
Last night’s instalment of the ITV show saw Love Island‘s Maura Higgins and Rev Richard Coles took part in the Terrifying Teddy Bear Picnic.
Earlier this week the pair’s arrival was teased in a first look as they were given their own camp and a secret mission to complete.
While staying in Junkyard Jungle, away from the other celebrities, they had to convince them that they were living in poor conditions… and also asked Dean McCollough to join them.
But Saturday’s instalment of the show saw them finally meet the other stars, as well as take part in their first Bushtucker Trial.
Maura, 33 – who shot to fame on Love Island in 2019 – faced snacks including a goat’s testicle, cow teats and bull’s penis.
While Richard, 62, gagged on blended fermented herring.
Many viewers took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to say the same thing – that they think Irish beauty Maura would be crowned winner of the 24th series.
One wrote on the social media platform: “Calling it now… Maura is gonna win! #ImACeleb.”
“I’m just going to say it… Maura to win,” another confessed.
A third said: “Maura to win —> #ImACeleb.”
A fourth tweeted: “Maura might win this, she’s acc proven to become the legend of this series.”
“Maura could win this whole show. Absolute trouper,” a fifth added.
The pair managed to win six portions of burgers and hot dogs for the rest of camp while living over at Junkyard Jungle.
After taking part in the Bushtucker Trial, they managed to win the remaining six portions.
Ahead of her time in the jungle, Maura said: “I feel like it’s a bit scarier going in later because everybody has met.
I’m A Celeb 2024 – late entries
MAURA Higgins is a late entry to I’m A Celeb 2024. Yet who is joining her?
“I’m a clean freak, I’m not afraid to say how I feel I’m probably annoying to live with.
“The eating trial, that’s the worst for me. Eyeballs, that’s vile.
“I don’t want to eat testicles on TV.
“I just really hope a braver Maura walks out than walks in.”
