This comes after Kane appeared to criticise his nine team-mates that pulled out.
So far, though, the Three Lions interim boss Lee Carsley’s decision hasn’t backfired.
Instead, it saw the Bayern Munich superstar’s replacement Ollie Watkins opening the goalscoring nice and early on seven minutes.
