Adam Maidment headed to Efteling in the Netherlands town of Kaatsheuvel, to try out its new ride Danse Macabre. You can get to Efteling by flying into Amsterdam via Schiphol Airport and taking a train to Hertogenbosch (Den Bosch) or Tilburg, and then a bus to the park.
