LABOUR mega-donor Lord Alli issued a grovelling apology today after he was found to have breached parliament sleaze rules FOUR times.
An official probe into the millionaire peer found he was late to declare his interest as an unpaid director of a Virgin Islands based company.

In a report published today, Parliament’s Standards Commissioner, Daniel Greenberg, said: “While I consider each individual breach of the Code to be minor, I have found there to be four breaches in total, and have therefore recommended that Lord Alli write a letter of apology to the Chair of the Conduct Committee, Baroness Manningham-Buller.”
In response the donor said: “I am writing to you today to offer my apology for my breach of conduct by not registering my interests correctly.
“I will endeavour to keep to the Code of Conduct at all times to avoid such circumstances again.”
Lord Alli found himself at the centre of a Labour sleaze row after it emerged Sir Keir Starmer accepted £32,000 off him to buy snazzy suits.
Sir Keir’s wife, Lady Victoria, his deputy Angela Rayner and Chancellor Rachel Reeves also enjoyed similar perks.
Sir Keir, who has accepted free football and gig tickets, revealed he used Alli’s £18million London penthouse for his son to study.
He took advantage of the flat from May 28 to July 13, he declared, despite GCSEs ending in mid—June.
The estimated value of the perk — £20,437.28 — has also been questioned.
The freebies row and decision to axe winter fuel payments for pensioners has dented Sir Keir’s popularity.
