Microsoft has already promised a number of games that they will tease in the next showcase.

Alan Wake 2: The Lakehouse, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers and Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii are promised for the showcase, alongside other unannounced games.

The Xbox Partner Preview showcase will take place this week and introduce new games coming to Xbox as well as more from games we already know about.

If you want to watch for yourself, the stream will go live on Thursday, October 17, 2024.

It will be released simultaneously across the globe, so the start time for you will depend on your time zone.

Here are the times for the Xbox Partner Preview depending on your time zone:

  • October 17
    • 10am PT (Western US)
    • 1pm ET (Eastern US)
    • 6pm BST (UK time)
    • 7pm CEST (Central Europe)
  • October 18
    • 2am JST (Japan)
    • 4am AET (Eastern Australia)
    • 6am NZDT (New Zealand)

Xbox has the Partner Preview showcase in a number of different languages and across different platforms, so you can choose how to watch.

The two main places you can catch the showcase are on YouTube and Twitch. All you need to do is navigate to Xbox’s official channels on those platforms.

If you don’t have the time to watch the event when it’s live, then you’ll be able to watch the video anytime after the stream is finished.

We will also have a live blog for all of the announcements as they happen, so you can catch up right here.

The live blog will be updated consistently alongside what is revealed on stream, so you won’t need the video playing to stay on top of things.

This showcase follows the PlayStation State of Play, which took place near the end of September.

The last of the big three console manufacturers, Nintendo, is yet to announce its end-of-year showcase for fans.
