ANTON Danyluk has revealed he has lost a staggering 19lbs in just six weeks.
The Love Island legend shared a before and after transformation on his instagram while promoting his new fitness plan.
Anton, who runs his own fitness plan called Attune You, claims he got incredible results from using his own recipes and workouts.
Alongside the side by side snaps of him posing shirtless six weeks apart, Anton wrote: “Just wrapped up my mini six-week cut, losing 19lbs .
“I wanted to do this cut before launching my six-week challenge to show that I follow the same process I expect from my clients. Every method I’ve used to transform over 10,000 lives is the same blueprint I follow myself.
These are the fundamentals built into my six-week challenge, designed to help you achieve real results. If I can do it, so can you! Let’s make your transformation happen.”
Anton has even offered fans their money back if they don’t get the results they are after.
He added in a snapchat video: “My plans are that good, you will get results. I have done it, thousands of people alongside me have done it.
“The method that I use not only reduces cravings but it keeps you full. you will literally never feel like you are dieting with this method, it’s unbelievable.”
Needless to say, his followers have been impressed by his body overhaul.
“Looking stacked!” one commented on instagram.
“Awesome effort well done,” a second gushed.
“You’re looking fab,” chipped in a third alongside a series of clapping hands emojis.
As well as his staggering weight loss, Anton recently opened up about losing a colossal amount of cash too.
The Scotsman spoke out about how an unfortunate business decision he made after his first stint on the ITV2 show cost him a massive £100,000.
During the pandemic, 30-year-old Anton was based out in Duabi, where he bought himself a Bentley and a swanky appartment.
He also put £100k into a new business, based around a ‘gym concept’ that incorporated nightclubbing and working out, in the hope it would make him rich.
He said: “Everything that we did went wrong.
“It took over a year for us to launch with us putting loads of money into this concept. On top of that, on the day of launch, the place flooded.
“Myself and my business partner had massive disagreements and it was just an absolute flop.
“This was the first time in my life that I’d made a bad business decision and it cost me massively.”
