A WOMAN has revealed that she looks younger now than she did 10 years ago, thanks to a £6.99 Amazon buy.
Bambi, 34, revealed that she did not used to look after her skin in her twenties, but has now managed to age backwards, without the use of Botox or filler.
Taking to TikTok, the company director shared a simple tip she uses to stay looking youthful, that requires hardly any effort at all.
“To the girl who told me to us wrinkle patches instead of Botox.
“I owe you my life”, she said.
Bambi revealed that she places the patches on her forehead at night, and then peels them off in the morning, revealing soft, supple skin underneath.

The beauty influencer also stressed the importance of using cleanser on your face instead of makeup wipes, and added that she loves using retinol.
“It’s not just that it makes you look younger but it stops blackheads, it’s turning over your skin so much quicker, you’re going to get less clogging,” she explained.

There are a number of habits you can take up to care for your health and wellbeing as you age.

- Quit smoking and reduce alcohol intake to no more than 14 units a week
- Make mental health a priority and get treatment for it, as it can also impact physical health
- Make sure you’re getting quality sleep
- Keep socialising – and call a friend or loved one if you can’t make it out the house
- Be physically active to lower the risk of depression and dementia, heart disease, stroke, Parkinson’s and some cancers
