A THIS Morning star has been ‘reported’ after sharing a picture of his five-year-old daughter ‘drinking beer.’
Fans have been left raging at the photo, which sees Matthew Wright’s daughter Cassady Frances Wright at a table with a pint of beer in front of her.
She can be seen resting her lips against the glass, but some fans raged “this is dangerous” after the photo made it look as though she was drinking it.
Matthew, 59, posted the photo with the caption: “Daddy’s girl,” followed by a laughing emoji.
But it has led to fans sharing their thoughts about it in the comments, as one wrote: “Love you man but hope you are careful, the more use kids get to/around alcohol the more likely they are to have issues with it. I’m 6 years alcohol free and most people I met in the community started young with/ around their parents.”
A second person penned: “This is child abuse and hopefully you’ve been reported.”

And a third wrote: “Irresponsible t***”
Someone else simply wrote: “Child abuse.”
Some of Matthew’s fans rushed to his defence, as someone penned: “Oh get over yourself, her mouth is barely touching the glass.”
Matthew welcomed his beautiful daughter at the start of 2019 with his wife Amelia.
The couple were thrilled to welcome their first child after trying for eight years.
Matthew and Amelia suffered six failed IVF attempts and one life-threatening ectopic pregnancy before bringing baby Cassady into the world.
And he almost missed the birth after getting stuck in traffic due to a taxi drivers’ strike.
Speaking to Hello! magazine, Matthew said that he had no idea that Amelia was about to give birth until he received a text from her after coming off air from his radio show.
He said: “There was a taxi drivers’ strike, every road we went on was stuck and there was no more communication from her.
“It took one hour 15 minutes to get from my offices in Waterloo to the hospital in Hammersmith, usually it would be 40 minutes, and I was having kittens.”
Amelia added to the publication: “My blood pressure suddenly went sky high and they said, ‘This is dangerous, it has to happen now’.
“They said they would try and wait for Matthew to get there but otherwise they were going to have to start.
“He needed to get there no later than when he did, or he would have missed it.”
Cassady was born on 25 January, almost four weeks early and weighing just over 5lbs.
Cheekily, Matthew went on to confess that he normally finds babies “ugly”, but he said he was absolutely besotted with his little girl.
He said: “I can’t get over how good she is and how gorgeous she is.
“I generally think babies are ugly things but it just happens that mine is the supermodel of the baby world.”
