France midfielder Adrien Rabiot has agreed a deal in principle to join Ligue 1 club Marseille.
Rabiot, who has been a free agent since leaving Juventus in July, will move back to France subject to passing a medical.
The 29-year-old, who has 48 caps for France, spent five years in Turin after leaving Paris St-Germain in 2019.
Rabiot, who has reportedly been a transfer target for Premier League clubs, including Manchester United, had a brief spell at Manchester City’s academy before he joined PSG where he made his senior debut.
He won a Serie A title, two Italian Cups and one Italian Super Cup at Juventus.
