TOWIE star Roman Hackett has teased there could be romance in the air for him ahead of the ITVBe series return.
Roman, 22, has been seen getting close with Dani Imbert, 26, throughout their time on the show, prompting fans to want them to get together.
With the new series on the way and pictures of them on holiday together while filming in Cyprus looking close, it appeared the couple could finally been getting together.
But speaking exclusively to The Sun, Roman refused to give away any details – though confirmed there are some romances on their way on the show.
“She’s a lovely, lovely girl,” he said of Dani.
“She’s very, very beautiful, but I don’t think…a relationship thing, I don’t think so.”
However, Roman admitted that given the opportunity, he would “go there” with Dani, adding: “I’m a very, like, flirtatious person, and I find it hard not to flirt with her.”
When asked if there was any chance of more than one romance blossoming on this series, Roman played coy, but laughed: “100%. You’ll see… You’ll see something.”
Dani and Roman at one point looked set to give things ago, and even went official last year just before the cast trip to Thailand as they pursued the attraction between them.
But shortly afterwards Dani was left furious when Roman kissed former co-star Chloe Brockett on a night out.
Now Dani has poured cold water on any potential relationship with Roman, despite admitting they can’t help but flirt with each other.
The Towie gang started filming the new series in Cyprus, where they’re stayed at the luxury Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort.
Dani, who is now single after splitting from on/off boyfriend Reiss Boyce, shared loved up pics of her and Roman, though insisted they were still friends.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun at the beginning of July, Dani said: “We always flirt. We have explored that and it didn’t really go anywhere.
“But you can never know. I say all the time, ‘I’ll never go there’ and then I end up dating them.”
“I’m a never say never person but I also think we’ve been friends for so long that, if it was properly going to happen and we were going to be in a relationship, we would’ve by now,” she added.
“I don’t really see it going down the serious route.”
