REEMS have been written speculating about Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner’s plastic surgery.
Kourtney Kardashian Barker and Kendall Jenner are often considered the “natural” sisters, but an aesthetics pro is convinced they’ve invested in injectables — and revealed how to spot the dead giveaways.
Kim, Khloe, and Kylie have all admitted to getting several procedures and treatments — and fans are flat-out convinced they’ve done much more than they’ve copped to.
The Kardashians stars are big fans of injectibles, and have even gotten fillers and Botox on camera.
But according to Juvly Aesthetics founder and CEO Dr. Justin Harper, the other Kardashian-Jenner sisters aren’t quite so needle-free, even if they’re less open about it.
FANS SPOT THE DIFFERENCE
Though they’re often painted as the most “natural” of the five sisters, in recent years, fans have noticed how different Kourtney and Kendall look.
Poring over photos of Kendall at Stagecoach music festival in April, fans thought the star looked unrecognizable.
When one shared paparazzi pictures of the model at the event on Reddit, a critic called her “Botox face” and another said she looked puffy.
Yet another remarked that “the fillers are started to catch up to her now too.”
“Even if you’re not quite a professional, our mind knows when something’s normal or not,” Dr. Harper told The U.S. Sun.
He shared tell-tale giveaways of aesthetic work on both sisters to show how sometimes “a lot can be a little.”
FILLER’S MANY USES
Dr. Harper thinks both Kendall and Kourtney have evenly injected enough filler to maintain a cohesive and natural look.
While filler is often discussed as an anti-aging tool, it can also be used to balance and slim the face, as well as reshape the jawline and lower cheeks.
Dermal filler can be applied to multiple areas of the face at once to achieve a more balanced and proportional appearance.
TRY THE FINGER WIDTH TRICK
Dr. Harper said there’s an easy way that even the average Joe can spot filler used to lift the face.
“Take a look at all the Kardashians and look at the width of their temples,” he said.
If you compare recent photos to ones taken ten years ago and place a finger on each side of the sisters’ temples, you’ll notice the width grows for all five siblings.
Fillers are usually injected into the temples, so Dr. Harper says that’s an easy way to tell if someone’s had injections.
They also don’t come cheap.
“The cost would be tens of thousands easily for each one,” Dr. Harper added.
KENDALL’S ‘NATURAL WORK’
Kendall has always been vocal about her commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
In a June 2021 interview with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, she defended her family and said they didn’t perpetuate bad beauty standards.
“We all really enjoy taking care of ourselves and being healthy. So I think if anything, the only thing we’re really trying to represent is just being the most healthy version of yourself,” she said.
Dr. Harper thinks that Kendall has definitely had lip filler.
He also estimated that even though she may have the least distance between temples, she could have easily spent $5,000 to $10,000 on each side of her face.
Of all the sisters, he declared that she had “the most natural work.”
WHAT KOURTNEY’S COPPED TO
Kourtney has been up front about gettinf breast implants — and her regrets.
“I had my boobs done, but if I could go back, I wouldn’t have done it. I was so cute before,” she told Showbiz Spy in 2011.
“I’ve realized that I was made to look a certain way and I’m considering removing them.”
She’s also into pricey fashions from plastic surgeons.
All of the sisters see Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond for treatments, and Kourtney shared video of herself receiving platelet-rich plasma microneedling in 2018.
“I take my own blood and put it into my face,” she said.

AND WHAT THE DOCTOR THINKS SHE’S DONE
Dr. Harper thinks there is more going on than just facials.
By doing his signature trick, he noted that Kourtney’s head size has changed.
Using his finger as a form of measurement, he estimated that she had 25 to 30 syringes, volume-wise, in her face.
“She’s had dozens of syringes of filler, especially nasolabial. She also has fewer wrinkles now than then,” he speculated.
In a previous exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun, he also suggested that pop music icon Taylor Swift has had nasolabial filler.
