MOLLY MAE Hague and Tommy Fury clashed as she recorded a YouTube video, just weeks before announcing their split.

The Love Island couple announced their split in a bombshell statement on Wednesday, as Molly wrote: “Never in a million years did I think I’d ever have to write this.

“After five years of being together I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way.

“I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy’s relationship has come to an end.”

But just weeks before, Tommy and Molly, both 25, clashed in Molly’s video as they argued over a lost bank card and how loud Tommy was talking.

Molly was putting face cream on at the time, and said: “He cancelled his card yesterday because he thought someone had pickpocketed him but it turned out he left it at his mother’s house…”

Tommy then said that, as a result, Molly was going to buy him dinner that night, to which a frustrated Molly snapped back: “Do you want me to keep my eardrums? Turn the decimals down slightly. I’ve never heard a man so loud in my existence.”

Tommy went on to whisper what he was trying to say instead, after Molly’s comment.

Boxer Tommy released his own statement on the split shortly after Molly’s, posted to his social media.

He wrote: “I am heartbroken to share that Molly & I have decided to end our relationship.

“The past 5 years have led us to having our beautiful baby girl, Bambi, and I will forever be thankful to Molly for making me a dad.

“Bambi is our priority.”

He continued: “Please respect our privacy, and our families privacy, as we navigate our way through this difficult time.”

The pair became Love Island legends when they fell for each other on series four, back in 2019.

They got engaged while on holiday in Ibiza in July 2023 – with Molly-Mae saying at the time: “My perfect fiancé… forever wouldn’t be long enough to call you mine.”

Tommy popped the question six months after Molly-Mae gave birth to their daughter Bambi.

The influencer often called Tommy her “world” – insisting they were soulmates.

Three weeks ago Molly-Mae posted footage from her engagement as Tommy got down on one knee while she held Bambi.

Molly was gushing that it had been a year since their engagement, and wrote: “One year ago today I was tricked into going on a fake brand trip on which the love of my life would ask me to marry him.”

The couple were already planning to have more children together, with Tommy admitting he wanted to have a total of ten kids.

However, in a new vlog posted last week, Molly admitted she’d been feeling guilt as she struggled to find balance in her life while Tommy was away.

“He’s done it now, and I’m so proud of him, because I know that was a really big deal to him, but I have been solo parenting pretty much the entire week,” she said.

“Actually I’ve been solo parenting for like, two weeks now, basically because Tommy’s just been so busy.

“When he’s home from doing work and stuff, he’s so incredible and so helpful. I can’t say any different, like, he’s such an incredible dad, but I have been this week, like, just really… mum life has been mum lifeing.”
