STACEY Solomon has been inundated with praise for showing off her bikini body on holiday.

The mum-of-five admitted she had been worrying about the way she looks after being unable to work out as much as she did last year.

But she managed to put her insecurities behind her and appreciate how good she looks as she encouraged others to do the same.

In the snaps, Stacey, 34, is seen sitting in the sand wearing a yellow bikini while playing with Rex and Rose.

She accompanied the post with a very honest caption, telling her followers:  “I haven’t committed to the gym this year the way I was able to last year.

“I don’t know why but for some reason I was conscious about it before coming away.

2 I Worried people would notice (so silly I know as I usually don’t even think about those things, but I felt a weird pressure).”

The Loose Women star continued:  “However looking back on pics from the beach yesterday I can see I’m still so beautiful.

“I look A little different from my last holiday but just as beautiful. Doing my everything to make sure my girls know how beautiful they are and don’t measure their beauty against anyone else.

“And do the things they love because they make them feel good, not look a certain way.”

Her fans rushed to comment on it, with one person raving: “Proper body no filters no false rubbish just beauty all the way x”

A second said: “You are a role model for women’s and girls of all ages. Your kids will value those photos and will only see a fun and loving Mom.”

While a third added: “It is so refreshing to see a someone in the public eye being confident enough to be themselves. The best thing about this picture is the smiles on your faces.”

Stacey has jetted off with husband Joe, 42, and their son Rex, five, and daughters Rose, two, and 16-month-old Belle.

Also present are Stacey’s sons Zachary, 16, and Leighton, 12, from previous relationships.
