Joe Biden suffers senile moment minutes into car crash interview as he appears to forget new UK PM Keir Starmer’s name

JOE Biden appeared to suffer yet another momentary lapse when he failed to recall the new UK prime minister’s name on Friday night.

The delusional president, 81, remained defiant throughout a 22-minute interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, insisting “no-one is more qualified to be president than me.”

He went on to boast he is “not only campaigning but running the world… every single day.”

“For example today, I’m on the phone with the Prime Minister of,” the president said before faltering.

“Well I shouldn’t get into detail but Netanyahu. I’m on the phone with the.. new Prime Minister of England.”

It came just hours after Britain elected Keir Starmer as their new PM in a landslide victory on Friday.

Writing on X earlier, Biden gushed, “Congratulations to Prime Minister Keir Starmer on becoming Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

“I look forward to our shared work in support of freedom and democracy around the world, and to further strengthening the special relationship between our two countries.”

Biden’s car crash interview was his first sit-down chat since meekly locking horns with Donald Trump last week.

The president on Friday put the disastrous debate down to a “really bad night” but admitted, “I don’t think I did,” when asked if he had watched it back.

He went onto dispel claims that he didn’t have the cognitive ability to run a second term, assuring Stephanopoulos that his doctors were not worried about his mental health.

“Do you dispute that there have been more lapses, especially in the last several months?” Stephanopoulos asked.

Oblivious Biden refuses to accept campaign is up in flames as he says ‘only the lord almighty’ could make him leave race

“Can I run the 100 in 10 flat? No. But I’m still in good shape,” Biden said.

Stephanopoulos later asked him if he thought he was mentally fit to do the job for another four years.

“I believe so. I wouldn’t be running if I didn’t think I did.

“Look, I’m running again because I think I understand best what has to be done to take this nation to a completely new…new level. We’re on our way. We’re on our way.”

Biden used the Supreme Court’s recent ruling to give Donald Trump partial immunity in his criminal cases to prove his point.

“And, look. The decision recently made by the Supreme Court on immunity, you know, the next President of the United States, it’s not just about whether he or she knows what they’re doin.

“It’s– it’s– it’s not– not about a con– a conglomerate of people making decisions.

“It’s about the character of the president. The character of the president’s gonna determine whether or not this Constitution is employed the right way.”

Biden’s post-debate gaffes

President Joe Biden’s gaffes have increased at an alarming rate over the past few years.

  • Biden alarmingly described himself as a “Black woman” during a radio interview with Philadelphia station WURD on Thursday.
  • “I’m proud to be, as I said, the first vice president, first black woman… to serve with a black president,” Biden said, appearing to confuse himself with Vice President Kamala Harris.
  • Biden previously served as VP to President Barack Obama, the US’ first black president, which is likely the source of his confusion.
  • The president also attempted to go off-script and insult rival, Donald Trump, while addressing military families during the White House’s Fourth of July barbecue.
  • While Biden came in strong, he fumbled his word and came crashing down.
  • “By the way, you know I was at that World War I cemetery in France and a – the one that one of our colleagues, a former president, didn’t want to go and be up there,” Biden said in an apparent dig at former president Donald Trump.
  • “I probably shouldn’t even say that. Anyway,” he continued as his voice dimmed.
  • After shocking the audience, he quickly went back on script and tried to get the energy back up.
