ITV is set for a huge shake-up as This Morning and Lorraine are scrapped.
It comes amid huge changes to the channel’s TV schedule this week.
The Sun previously reported how Good Morning Britain will be extended for an extra 25 minutes, running until 925am on Friday to accommodate for the UK General Election results coverage.
Now we can confirm how Lorraine – which is usually fronted by Lorraine Kelly and airs at 9am – as well as This Morning will be scrapped.
Instead, Julie Etchingham will front a special show and lead the political segment as the results from the ballot boxes roll in.
