The Italian giants will sell Samuel Iling-Junior and Enzo Barrenechea to Villa as part of the transfer.
Meanwhile, Luiz’s girlfriend and Switzerland international Alisha Lehmann is also set to sign for Juventus from Villa.
According to The Athletic, Juve have agreed a £42million for the signing of Luiz.
As part of a separate deal, Villa will sign Iling-Junior and Barrenechea for £19million.
The duo are set to undergo their medicals next week before signing five-year deals at Villa Park.
Villa had held talks with Juventus over including USA midfielder Weston McKennie in the deal.
However, talks broke down with Barrenechea included alongside Iling-Junior instead.
It is also understood Lehmann is set for a move to Italy as well after Juve agreed a deal with Villa.
The 25-year-old forward, who joined the club in 2021, is currently cheering on Luiz and Brazil at the Copa America.

Across those matches, he scored nine goals and provided five assists from midfield.
He is set to be replaced by Barrenechea, who joined the Old Lady from Swiss side Sion in 2020.
The Argentine midfielder spent last season on loan at Frosinone but was unable to help them avoid relegation from Serie A.
As for Iling-Junior, the England under-21 international came through Chelsea’s academy before joining Juventus aged 16 in 2020.
