YOU NEED:
4 pork chops
For the sauce:
4 tbsp honey
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp mustard
½ tsp red chillies
METHOD: Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a small pan and simmer for a minute or two until it begins to thicken.
Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and pour over the sauce.
Cover and leave to marinade in the fridge for an hour.
Cook the chops for 30 minutes on a hot barbecue, turning regularly, or in the oven at 200C/180C fan/gas mark 6.
Baste with remaining marinade while cooking.
