The eccentric father-of-six, 55, is set to film a series for Discovery+ in the style of Netflix hit At Home With The Furys, following boxing legend Tommy Fury.
Cameras would follow the former business secretary as he campaigned for the General Election in July and include his home life at Gournay Court, the seventeenth-century mansion in Somerset with a private chapel, where he lives with his heiress wife Helena de Chair and their six children.
Mr Rees-Mogg told The Sun on Sunday: “Yes I have been approached.
“It is very flattering. I am thinking about it.
“I may be talking to them in reasonably short order.”
It comes after Jacob garnered fanbase among viewers with his GB News show State of the Nation.
A telly source said: “Jacob is a divisive, fascinating character who lives an old-fashioned life and TV producers think a fly-on-the-wall series could be a hit.
“He is very well spoken, staunchly religious, speaks fluent Latin and not afraid to air his views, which makes for a unique watch.
“His opinions aren’t for everyone but he will certainly get people talking.”
Like ex PM Boris Johnson Mr Rees-Mogg was educated at Eton and Oxford, and has amassed a private fortune of £100 million thanks to his the investment firm he co-founded in 2007 Somerset Capital Management.
