BAYERN MUNICH have confirmed the appointment of Vincent Kompany as their new manager.
The Manchester City legend was unveiled on Wednesday after leaving relegated Burnley in a £10million deal.
Kompany replaces Thomas Tuchel as Bayern’s new boss.
And his main task will be to restore their place as Germany’s No1 club after their 11-season title streak was ended by Xabi Alonso’s Bayer Leverkusen.
