The Works may have the thing for you after they launched their new travel games “perfect for plane, train and car journeys”.

The new games were posted on a popular bargain Facebook group, much to the delight of parents.

There are multiple games on offer from “Magnetic Bingo, Puzzles, Hangman, What am I and Snap Pairs”.

The Works Facebook caption read: “NEW Travel Game Tins Available At The Works – In Stock Online.”

Excited parents were quick to leave likes and comments under the post.

One user wrote: “These look good for the kids for travelling.”

“Good for the plane,” another added.

While a third added: “Love these.”

It comes after shoppers flocked to Smyths to get their hands on a free giveaway that’s perfect for Kids

I found a nostalgic $4 ‘plush toy’ at the thrift store – after checking a few key details I re-sold it for $125

The major toy retailer handed out the highly popular Squishmallows as part of their May half-term event.

The loveable stuffed toys are perfect for toddlers and young children so this latest deal is an absolute no-brainer for parents.

Unfortunately, the offer ended last week, however, don’t be disheartened if you weren’t able to get one.

Smyth’s has confirmed that the toys will be available for as long as stocks last.

Therefore, it’s still worth popping down to your nearest store to see if any are left.

The only rule is they are limited to one per person, though this leaves you with a better chance of still grabbing one this weekend.

The big reveal was made by a very happy customer on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook, with their post garnering more than 700 comments.

Fellow parents were left ecstatic with the news of the free giveaway for their children and couldn’t wait to get to their nearest Smyths store.

“They are the best,” said one person.

“Omg,” commented another.

A third person wrote: “My girls will love these.

It comes after a bargain chain, which has more than 500 sites, announced the closure of one of its branches.

And toy lovers can’t believe iconic kids’ products are scanning for less than half price at the till.
