Arum has his say in the ring

Boxing promotor Bob Arum got into the ring after the fight.

He decided to have his say on events as the 92-year-old proclaimed that the judges’ scoring was a travesty.

Arum also went on to say that he would never bring an American boxer to this country to fight under the control of the British Board of Boxing.

Taylor talks of fight trilogy

While Jack Catterall could not be drawn on the subject, Josh Taylor spoke highly of his opponent and said he would be up for a third fight.

Catterall won the fight but still has no belts to show for it, a third fight may have those belts on the line.

One of the big talking points will be the questionable scoring of the cards by the judges once again, they got the right result but the scores were way out.

Catterall sets the record books straight

After his defeat in their first encounter, Jack Catterall got the victory he craved in Leeds this evening.

Two of the judges had a big gap between the two fighters, which seemed way off after this close bout.

Catterall will feel justice has been served but it has left a sour taste in the mouth of Taylor.
