Towie legend Lauren, 37, was furious after she was photographed in “unflattering” workout clothes this week.
To combat the snaps and the nasty trolling she received as a result, she released her own photos of her in workout gear on Instagram.
She posed on a reformer pilates machine, wearing a loose-fitting black t-shirt and matching leggings.
The mum-of-one pulled her hair up in a half-up-do and pouted at the camera.
“Great class today,” she wrote, tagging the instructor and pilates gym.

She also received words of encouragement from the instructor who shared her story and wrote: “Getting that burn on, smashed it”.
A friend of Lauren told The Sun that she’d said to her pals that she was a “normal woman” after the snaps were released.
“She called me and said, ‘I know I’m not fat, I’m a normal woman and don’t look like I do in those pictures in real life’,” her friend said.
“At the end of the day, the average size of a woman in the UK is a size 16 and Lauren loves her curves.
“Her weight has been a public obsession for 12 years and she’s bored of it now. She thinks people need to get over it.
“She feels like a lot of photographers go out of their way to take the worst pictures from angles that make her look bad.
“Lauren goes to the gym several times a week, but it’s for her mental health, not to lose weight. She’s not interested in a number on a scale and her days of crash dieting are over.
“She’s a mum now and wants to be happy and healthy for her daughter Larose.”
Lauren has been single since splitting from Charles Drury, with whom she shares two-year-old daughter Larose.
But it looks like she might have found love again as she recently posted a cryptic quote on social media.
It read: “I am too toxic for the talking stage, are you mine or not?”
Lauren is one of the original Towie stars and her on/off relationship with Mark Wright took up most of the first two series.
Mark, 37, is said to have been left furious over Lauren’s return to the show as it dragged their former romance back into the spotlight.
In one recent scene, Lauren discussed a tattoo she had of Mark’s name in an intimate area.
She joined beautician Amy Childs for a chat, reflecting on their friendship.
Amy recalled: “I remember spray-tanning you and being like, ‘oh my god, she’s got “Mark” on her noonie’.”
She then asked Lauren: “Have you still got it?” before Lauren quipped: “No. It’s gone. It had to go.
“How could I get with a new boy with that on my noon?”
A source told us that Mark wishes Lauren would stop talking about him as he has moved on from Towie now.
