Occasional Digest - a story for you

BRITAIN’S biggest family the Radfords are enjoying a sun-soaked getaway in their caravan this weekend.

And the long-awaited good weather has meant that mum-of-22 Sue has been able to crack out her summer wardrobe – unearthing some must have fashion finds while doing so.

Sue took to Instagram on Saturday where she shared a snap of herself enjoying a glass of fizz in the sunshine while Noel took over parenting duties.

But it seems it was her dress that caught the attention of fans who were quick to demand where she had purchased it from.

Responding, Sue later wrote: “Lots of you asking about my dress, it’s New Look I bought it last year and totally forgot I had it till I found it this week.

“It’s such a brilliant size for me and isn’t too long.”

The Petite Off White Stripe Fine Knit Midi Dress is still in stock on the New Look website at just £29.99.

And it seems that it isn’t just Sue who is a fan with the dress attracting exclusively five star reviews from shoppers who describe it as ‘stunning’ and a ‘lovely holiday dress.’

However, those hoping to get their hands on the must-have wardrobe staple better hurry as there are only two sizes left in stock on the New Look website.

The family are currently enjoying a weekend break away in their caravan.

The busy parents splashed out on a luxury motorhome, estimated to cost around £40,000, for them to enjoy with their kids in 2022.

After looking at various layouts of motorhome, they eventually went for one with a lot of seating at the back.

And when it’s bedtime, the sofas turn into a large bed, which Noel speculated could fit around six of their 22 kids.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, which Sue insisted Noel will be emptying, while the kitchen comes complete with a decent sized oven and electric and gas hob.

There’s another seating area with a table towards the front of the van, which again turns into a bed, as well as a bed above the front driver and passenger seat.

It comes after the family returned from their trip to Florida just three weeks ago.

It was their 18th getaway in the last 20 months for this famous family – after recent visits to the Maldives, New York and Lapland.

Although the bumper brood famously doesn’t rely on benefits to fund their picturesque trips, Sue and Noe recently revealed their jet-setting lifestyle has been criticised by some people online.

The duo, who first fell pregnant when Sue was 13, shared their experience with social media trolling in their page-turner, The Radfords: Making Life Count.

According to the couple – who’ve been married for over three decades – cruel trolls love to joke about the family, saying they ”go to Florida more times than I go to the shops’.”

“I have the mindset now – particularly since I lost my dad – that if you can afford to go on a holiday, then go.

”Life is definitely too short to say, ‘Oh, maybe I should squirrel my money away in the bank’ or whatever.

”Life is too short, so just do it.”
