It also boats a fully-insulated “floating floor” to keep residents tasty warm, along with lined doors.
The home is also fully wired, with eight down lights, six double plug sockets, three dimmable light switches, two extractor fans, one mirror socket, one external light, one external double socket and all TV and wifi fittings.
And plumbing won’t be a problem either, with the kitchen and bathroom fully connected.
