Viewers hit out at contestants being allowed to return

Dog trainer Lucy Heath is trying her luck on BGT for the third time after making it to the final on her second try.

Some people have complained that this is unfair and she is robbing new talent of their chance to win.

One took to social media fuming: “Why is she allowed back on when she made it to the final in 2016?! Sorry but this show is an absolute joke nowadays.”

Another chimed in: “If you’ve been on before and made it to the final you shouldn’t be allowed to go back on in my opinion. Just possibly taking that spot away from someone else who hasn’t had a chance before.”

Sydnie Christmas says her struggle to become a singer has been ‘heartbreaking’

The BGT star has admitted to attempting to make a career out of singing over the past few years – but says that it’s been ‘soul destroying’.

Sydnie got a golden buzzer courtesy of Amanda Holden today and some viewers have hit out at the win being a ‘fix’ because she has performed in the West End before.

But the 28-year-old told the Daily Mail: “The reaction from the judges didn’t seem real.

“This doesn’t happen to people like me. I have wanted to do this forever. To be on stage, entertain, perform and sing. I have been trying to make that happen my entire career.

“I’ve been doing auditions for so many years and I thought, I haven’t got a lot to lose now.”

Simon Cowell opens up about secret BGT health struggle

The judge has admitted that he began to suffer from migraines because of all the stage lights.

Now he wears red-tinted sunglasses to protect his eyes while sitting through the performances.

Ant admitted he felt faint after watching one performance

The last act of the night performed a breathtaking taekwondo routine while hitting and breaking blocks of wood.

Presenting duo Ant and Dec were both blown away by the South Korean martial arts group, and ran on stage to award them a golden buzzer.

After watching the whole performance from the wings, Dec gasped: “I’ve never felt so alive.”

Ant shared the sentiment, adding: “I feel faint, and I didn’t even do anything.”

Viewers ‘switch off’ over use of AI

Several fans have admitted to turning the talent show off after the very first act disturbed them.

In it a singing troupe took to the stage to harmonise their way through a musical – with a shock twist.

Each member had a camera in front of their face, and they used the tech to project the faces of the judges onto a big screen.

This made it appear as if the judges were the ones performing the quartet.

The panel found this hilarious, but audience members at home have shared more negative takes on social media.

One person groaned: “Remembering the days of BGT where we had Diversity and Susan Boyle and now you’ve got AI and the judges giving it the same level of praise as them.”

Another hit out: “How is this AI s**t talent???? Absolute C**P!”

The worst act of the night has been unmasked

Bobby Goldfinn’s real identity has been revealed after he got voted off stage not once but twice.

The comedian approached the mic with his face entirely covered by a goldfish mask.

His routine relied on the fact that goldfish have a three second memory, so he continually ‘forgot’ what he was doing and kept starting over.

This annoyed the judges so much that every single one of them pressed the red buzzer.

Somehow he found his way back for another round, and only frustrated the panel more as he continually refused to complete a single knock knock joke.

Now the Sun can disclose that Bobby Goldfinn is in fact Bobby Finn, an amateur comedian from Massachusetts.

He has 335,000 followers on Instagram and 650,000 on TikTok, where his jokes mainly cover US sport and some have reached half a million people.
