Despite having filmed the ending months ago, Phil admits he has no idea whether he’s won the show or not.

Answering a Q&A with fans, Phil said: “Is it true you don’t know who’s won? Yes, absolutely.

“We don’t know who has won until you guys know. This is pretty common knowledge so I don’t think I’m giving anything away here.

“So basically there’s two endings filmed. Nobody knows. The only person who knows who has won is Lord Sugar.

“I assume they just put whoever’s won on the end.

“We’ll find out who’s won, pretty much at the same time as you guys, which is really exciting.”

Fans will see Rachel and Paul will go head to head on Thursday, April 18, 2024.

The two candidates are vying to win a £250K investment in their business.

Phil famously made it to the final after losing nine out of ten of the tasks.

Despite this he beat Tre Lowe, Flo Edwards and Dr Paul Midha to the last stage of the competition.

Some fans were left unimpressed, with many pointing out that he only won one challenge during his entire time on the programme.

“Surely Phil has the lowest win rate to ever reach the final of #TheApprentice,” one wrote.

“phil is gonna win the show after winning one task,” said a second.

“PAUL SHOULDVE BEEN YOU IN THE FINAL NOT PHIL,” another added.

“Unbelievable Phil is the bloody final,” chimed another.

“There’s no way Phil can win the Apprentice, you can’t lose 9/10 tasks and win the show,” echoed a fifth.
