Lies of P is a soulslike based on Carlo Colodi’s Pinocchio, set in the gorgeous Belle Époque-inspired fictional city of Krat.

As you explore the world as Geppetto’s puppet, you face various biomechanical enemies and massive robotic bosses.

It’s a soulslike game, so expect challenging combat that requires perfect timing of your attacks, dodges and parries.

Lies of P also features a “choices matter” Lying System, where player decisions affect the story and eventually lead to several different endings.

Sitting at an 83/100 score on review aggregator Metacritic, Lies of P has been praised as one of the best games inspired by the Soulsborne series that isn’t developed by FromSoftware.

Usually priced at £49.99 / $59.99, you can now buy Lies of P for £34.99 / $41.99 on Steam, saving 40%.

Lies of P is a relatively new game which launched last September, so this is the lowest price the game has been offered for on Steam.

Players have until 6pm UK Time / 1pm ET on April 16, 2024, to snatch the game at the current discount before it reverts to its usual price.

PlayStation owners can also grab a deal, but right now, it’s only valid for the Deluxe Edition of the game, which features the base game and a few cosmetic items.

Lies of P Deluxe Edition is selling for £44.99 / $52.49, which is 25% off this version’s regular price of £59.99 / $69.99.

This deal from the PlayStation Store will last until April 25, 2024.

Of course, there’s no lower price than zero, and if you are an Xbox Game Pass subscriber, you can still play the game for free on Xbox consoles or PC.
